Eligibility for Returns:
Only products that are unopened, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition will be eligible for return, within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Products that have been used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Non-returnable Products:
We do not accept returns for consumable products that have been opened.
Free samples and gift items are non-returnable.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at care@trunativ.co with your order details.
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup at your convenience or provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.
Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.
Refund Eligibility:
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment. In case of delays, please allow up to 14 days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refund for Damaged or Defective Products:
In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Costs:
For all approved returns, we will refund the full product price. However, shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product sent).
Order Cancellations:
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact our Customer Care team immediately to request a cancellation.
If the order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it, and our return policy will apply.
Refund for Canceled Orders:
For cancellations made before dispatch, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
