What quality are the products?

All of our products are tested for functionality and durability to ensure the maximum use and leisure, offering you peace of mind. However in the unlikely circumstance that a product is faulty, please contact our Customer Care team who will endeavor to resolve the issue for you promptly.

Can I return an item for a refund?

Once placed the order, the item in non-refundable as it is a consumable item. In any case if the product is received in a damaged or unusable condition then a replacement of the order will be done, but will not be eligible for refund. The product will be replaced only if the customer informs the company in the time period of 24-48 hours of the delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Are orders delivered on weekends?

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated straight away.
